MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D) FULL/PART-TIME
JAYKAY is a technology-driven start-up based in Kressbronn on Lake Constance. The vision: to develop electric sports equipment that inspires through intuitive operation, intelligent design and the highest quality. With products such as the e-Fin 2.0, JAYKAY is setting new standards in electric mobility on the water.
Tasks
Your daily business:
- Development and maintenance of the JAYKAY brand as a premium brand in water sports.
- Design of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, social posts, landing pages).
- Trade fair communication & event marketing: preparation, implementation and follow-up of events (e.g. boot Düsseldorf, surf festivals).
Social media:
- Social media management: development and maintenance of channels (esp. Instagram).
- Community building: building a loyal fan base, interaction with the community (e.g. via competitions, feedback rounds, newsletters).
- Support for influencer and community marketing.
Your digital challenges:
- In cooperation with our performance experts: Monitoring of performance marketing with planning, implementation and optimization of ads (Meta, Google).
- Website maintenance: updating content (especially in Shopify).
Your entrepreneurial skills:
- Focus on efficiency and innovation.
- You like to work hands-on.
Qualification
- Degree or training in marketing, communication design, media design or comparable training.
- You have experience in marketing - ideally in a start-up, agency environment or e-commerce.
- Doer mentality: You tackle things yourself.
- Experimentation: You test new ideas quickly and pragmatically (MVP thinking).
- Personal responsibility: You work independently and proactively, without constant guidance.
- You have a good feel for brands, visual language and design trends.
- You can work confidently with tools such as Canva, CapCut, OpenAI or similar.
