Will the e-Fin .0 fit my kayak, canoe...?
Our e-Fin .0 can be easily attached to kayaks, canoes, inflatable canoes, etc. with a standard fin mount. If your kayak does not have such a mount, you can alternatively use our practical adhesive dock. Important: This only works if your kayak has a smooth, continuous surface on the underside—unfortunately, installation is not possible on textured or uneven surfaces.
Our tip: Take a close look at the underside of your kayak before buying—or send us a photo, we'll be happy to help!

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to de as soon as possible, stating your order number. We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been packed. Once your order has been successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirmation and we will refund your payment immediately.
If your shipment has already been prepared for dispatch, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them to us.
Technology e-longboard
Can I ride my JayKay electric longboard on public roads and sidewalks?
In Germany, the use of electric longboards, as with regular skateboards and longboards, is currently only permitted in areas not subject to traffic regulations and on private property. Legalization at the legislative level is currently in progress.
Other countries have different regulations. You should take these into account before making a purchase.
What happens to my board if I fall or jump off?
The electronics detect when a rider moves away from the board. As soon as a distance of 2-3 meters is exceeded, the board rolls away.
Can the roles be reversed?
The urethane rollers can be replaced quickly and easily. Replacement rollers in different colors and sizes are es our shop. The motor does NOT need to be replaced.
Can I also split the e-axis across two decks?
Of course! However, this will halve the range and power, and the e-axle may overheat more quickly due to the increased load. An additional controller can be purchased for the second deck.
We generally recommend riding with two e-axles. A single e-axle would only be suitable for children or light adults weighing up to approx. 45 kg.
What is the maximum weight allowed for the driver?
As long as the rider is supported by the board, they can es ride es with our e-axles. Only the range, maximum speed, and flexibility may be affected.

Which batteries are used?
Transportation on passenger aircraft
The electric longboard axles are below the maximum permitted nominal energy of 100 Wh per device (single axle) and can therefore theoretically be carried in hand luggage.
However, we have found that flight safety authorities occasionally arbitrarily refuse to allow devices with built-in lithium batteries to be carried on board, even if es is permitted es the regulations.
The electric fin exceeds the maximum permissible rated energy and may NOT be carried on passenger aircraft.

Are the batteries replaceable?
Unfortunately, no. To e-Fin the e-Fin completely sealed, we have to fill the entire inner cavity with a sealing compound.
Important to know: The battery has a minimum service life of 500 charging cycles. After that, the battery is not broken, but gradually loses its full capacity.

We can only guarantee a full refund if all items are returned in the condition they were in when delivered. The items must not be damaged, soiled, altered, or worn.
If items are returned anyway, the purchase price will not be refunded and we will send the items back to you. Please also note our 14-day return period. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of this period.
If the product(s) you ordered are defective, please contact our customer service immediately after receiving them. customer service. You are also welcome to send us photos of the defect so that we can find a solution for you as quickly as possible!

You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. It is important that the products are undamaged and returned in the condition in which you received them.
Here's how it works:
1. Pack the items you do not wish to keep and return them to the condition in which you received them. Then simply place the items in a box, seal the package, affix postage, and send it to the following address: JayKay GmbH, Heidachstr. 70/2, 88079 Kressbronn, Germany
2. After handing over the package to the shipping service provider, we recommend that you keep the proof of delivery in a safe place so that you are covered in case the package is lost by the shipping service provider.
3. Once we have received your return, we will check the returned items and then issue a credit note to your chosen payment method. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for complete returns.

We ship all products from our German warehouse within Europe.
You can choose between regular shipping (3-5 days delivery time) and express shipping (1-2 days delivery time).
Customers are responsible for paying additional costs such as customs duties and taxes.
