"REFER-A-FRIEND" PROGRAM

Procedure

1. Sign up for the JAYKAY "Friends Refer Friends" program for free

2. After you register, you can find your personal referral link and discount code at any time in your online dashboard.

3. Share your referral link or discount code with friends, family, or your paddle buddies.

4. If a friend purchases a JAYKAY e-Fin or a JAYKAY e-Fin using your referral link or discount code, they'll receive a 20 € discount on their order.

5. Once the order is successfully completed, you'll receive a 20€ store credit for the JAYKAY online store. For each additional successful referral, you'll receive another 20€ store credit for the JAYKAY online store.

Terms and Conditions: 1. Organizer: The organizer of the “Friends Refer Friends” program is JayKay GmbH, Heidachstraße 70/2, 88079 Kressbronn. 2. Participation: Only adults are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge following registration in the JAYKAY “Refer-a-Friend” program. 3. Referral: The referred customer receives a €20 discount when purchasing a JAYKAY e-Fin a JAYKAY e-Fin from the official JAYKAY online store. For each successful referral, the referrer receives a €20 store credit. 4. Issuance of the Store Credit: The store credit is issued only if the order has been paid in full and successfully completed, and has not been canceled, revoked, or returned. The store credit is issued following a manual review after the statutory cancellation period has expired. Processing will take place no later than 7 days after the statutory cancellation period has expired. There is no entitlement to immediate issuance. 5. Store Credit: The store credit is redeemable exclusively in the official JAYKAY online store. Cash redemption or offsetting against orders that have already been completed is not permitted. 6. Abuse: Self-referrals, orders placed via one’s own referral link or discount code, and any other form of abuse will result in exclusion from the program. 7. Changes: JAYKAY reserves the right to change or terminate the Refer-a-Friend program at any time.

Promotion Period: The promotion begins upon publication in the JAYKAY online shop and ends as soon as the supply of free dry bags is exhausted. 3. Eligibility: Only adults are eligible to participate. The free dry bag is available exclusively with the purchase of a JAYKAY e-Fin 2.0 through the official JAYKAY online shop. The promo code FREEBAG must be entered during the ordering process. Retroactive application is not possible. 4. Free gift: When the promo code is entered during the promotion period, a free dry bag will be added to the order once. The number of dry bags is limited. Distribution is on a “first come, first served” basis. Once supplies are exhausted, there is no entitlement to the dry bag.
