You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

  • Upon arrival of the goods at the warehouse, the product is inspected to identify any damage or misuse that is not attributable to transport.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, we will credit the entire amount already paid by bank transfer. The customer must provide the bank details for the refund in good time (IBAN SWIFT/BIC of the invoice recipient).

The right of return shall be completely void if we discover any defects, in particular non-compliance with the specified conditions regarding the integrity of the goods:

  • improper handling of the goods, which has led to damage, or the use of any utensils;
  • Missing integrated elements of the product (accessories, cables, user manual, parts, etc.);
  • Damage to the product during transport for various reasons.
