1. please send us a copy/picture of your invoice of the defective product.

2. in order to process the defect quickly, we need a detailed description of the defect, as well as a few pictures.

3. please send us your complete address in case es has to exchange the item.

How long is the warranty period?

Our warranty period is 12 months on the battery and 24 months on all other components.

Status of my order

We will send you an order confirmation email after your successful order. You will also receive an email from us when your package is shipped and leaves our warehouse. If you have a customer account, you can check the status of your order at any time.
